# Carino Media Traffic Request Register

Assigned October 17, 2026. Register revision 2.

## Reference rules

1. These are Carino Media reference numbers, assigned October 17, 2026. They are not official town case numbers and are not chronological submission numbers.
2. Keep the same reference permanently. Do not reuse a withdrawn or completed number. Assign the next available number to a new distinct request.
3. Revision 1 is the initial register baseline, dated October 17, 2026. For earlier submissions it summarizes the reviewed correspondence; it does not retrospectively renumber or revise the original email.
4. When requested scope changes, retain the number, increment its revision, date the change and preserve the previous wording. A status update or town response does not change the request's scope revision.
5. Keep the citizen's request, town alternatives, TAC recommendations and final decisions separately attributed. Ask replies and agenda references to retain the CM Traffic number.
6. Link related topics without merging their scope. Distinct source records retain their existing R numbers. Submission status requires dated evidence; a public draft is not a submitted request.
7. This register covers specific street, intersection and parking requests for TAC review, including clearly marked resident observations awaiting a draft. Governance, staffing, meeting procedures, traffic detail phone policy, funding, financial oversight and public records correspondence are indexed separately in The correspondence.
