Please review weekday afternoon congestion on Albion Street approaching the railroad crossing, including access from Gould Street. Residents report recurring backups between approximately 2 and 6 p.m. Please assess how train movements, nearby intersection operations and turning traffic affect queues, and identify any practical adjustments that could improve traffic flow and access.

Resident observations:
Kim Read Fazio: Reported difficulty entering Albion from Gould Street heading east from after 2 p.m. until after 6 p.m., sometimes choosing a route through Stoneham instead.
Lizzie Pugatch: Reported backups toward the tracks from the Elm Street area in Stoneham on weekdays between 3 and 6 p.m.
