Please review school arrival hour right turn only restrictions for vehicles exiting Richardson Street and Bennett Street onto Main Street. I regularly observe drivers attempting to cross Main Street toward Galvin or turn left across traffic, creating conflicts near the pedestrian crossing and school entrance. Please assess whether directing those vehicles right toward downtown, supported by appropriate signs, pavement markings and enforcement, would improve safety. Coordinate this review with the proposed morning right turn lane into Galvin, CM Traffic 2026/004, and consider traffic displaced onto nearby residential streets while preserving neighborhood property access.
